      This was a gift for grandparents. I picked a certain date for the basket to be delivered but was contacted by them and informed that day was not available. That was not clear on their website and I relayed this to them. They apologized and then issued me a credit in the amount of $20.00 to give them a second try. The recipient was VERY pleased with the basket and I felt the customer service was top notch. I will give them a try again for sure. This basket may be a gift for someone else in the future.

      When my daughter didn't receive her gift basket and I called Gift Tree. The man I spoke with was horrified that it didn't get there as promised, and guaranteed that it would arrive the next day. He called me back and told me the provider didn't get the email to send the basket, and apologized profusely. They were compassionate and did what was needed to get the gift there. My daughter and son-in-law were very happy with the basket. I would use this company again.

      We sent a basket of fruit to our Aunt in Texas. We have never ordered from here before and we were not be able to see the presentation. Of course you are apprehensive when ordering for the first time because it could be all in error. Our Aunt said it was the most beautiful and diverse assortment of fruit she has ever seen.       This was my first time using this company and was very nervous. Pictures look great, but actuality is another issue. The recipient was thrilled and she finally replied to the presentation. A couple of fruits were over ripe and soggy, she called the company and told them about the situation and the owner rectified the error. Besides that small situation, the fruit was picture perfect.

      I've used this website twice now at the very last minute. Once on the same day I needed something delivered. Each time they came shinning through. My Son and his wife loved the baskets they made. One was for a birthday, that was delivered during the party. It was a hit.       There are not many things I can do for my mother to make a day special for her----THIS basket of delicious fruit hit the mark for the 2nd time!!!! this basket is FILLED with fruit--not cardboard filler under a few pieces of fruit, and every piece of fruit was delicious! My mother was delighted with this, and loved getting to share it with her husband in a nursing home---fresh-delicious fruit is a treat to them both! The basket is different from the picture---but actually Mom and I love the basket it came it---very functional! THIS Basket is worth every penny!!!! Will be back for more!

      We live faraway & were unable to attend my aunts funeral. This was a nutritious & nice presentation to show my uncle & family we cared.       I sent this basket as a sympathy gift for the family. They were delighted to receive something healthy and easy to snack on and keep fresh. They said the basket was "ginormous" (it was the middle size) and loved the variety that included pineapple, coconut, papaya as well as the local fruits.       When you are staying in a motel it is difficult to find good snacks. I sent this fruit basket to my son and his family while they were at Disneyland. They loved it.       I sent a fruit basket to Florida. The basket received was very skimpy and extemely disappointing. Customer Service was very accomodating in dealing with the issue. I have to say they were excellent. The florist that actually put together the fruit basket horrible! Would be very skeptical about sending anything like this again.

      Whenever I send a gift from an online store I usually ask the receiver to send me a picture of it so I can see that they received what I purchased. This time I didnt have to do that.       Sorry, maybe the "Deluxe" is worth it, but not the "Standard" size. It's way too small for the price. That being said, the fruit is of really good quality so that's a plus.

      I ordered this Orchard Fruit Basket in the morning in New York and three hours later I received a telephone call from the thrilled recipient in Florida that he just received it. It was abundant with fresh fruit.
      I arrived in Florida two days later and enjoyed the delicious pineapple, grapes and bananas.
      My only disappointment was with the basket, no handle and not as strong as pictured. All in all it was great!
