    Customer service with Patty was top notch! Yes - I got very quick telephone call responses (and/or email) from a live person. I placed an order for a champagne gift basket (with glass flutes) with much ease to 26 recipients each with their own arrival dates (arranged by GiftTree). The ability to easily track shipments to inform each recipient of arrival date was especially helpful due to an adult signature needed for the (alcohol) delivery.

    I ordered the champagne with flutes and a woven basket of goodies for my son and daughter-in-laws’ 10th Wedding Anniversary. They needed to arrive at a seaside resort before my kids did in these unpredictable Covid times and from 2 different places. Not only did they pull this off but they kept me informed personally all along the way! My kids were so delighted with their suprise that the texted me and called and sent pictures of themselves enjoying both. Gift tree is the best!

    I received the Champagne & Flutes with the Veuve Clicquot from a classy, thoughtful couple for our silver anniversary. I was already impressed with the packaging, then opening it was the icing on the cake. The flutes were engraved with our initials. One, unfortunately, was broken, but here is what makes them my new go-to shopping site; I called the 800# to let them know one flute was damaged and the representative was so pleasant and professional, no stupid questions asked, and the replacement is on its way. That's what I am talking about! Seriously though, if you want to impress someone, order from this site. I could not be happier.
