      I ordered two dozen roses, cookies, chocolates, and a balloon. Very nice presentation. Everything was excellent. My wife loved it.

      I usually don't do any purchasing online, but on this occasion my friend is a few thousand miles away so I took a chance. The process was so easy and when I ordered something that was not possible to be delivered a very nice lady called to inform me, that was excellent. Thank You for an excellent service. I will for ever use you for all my personal and business needs. By the way my friend was extremely happy and she mentioned that flowers were amazing.

      I had tried to order 27 red roses for my daughter's 27th birthday. Unable to do this online, I called the rep and placed the order over the phone. I paid the expedited handling charge to ensure that it arrived Monday. It arrived 3 roses short.

      That being said, the customer service was great. They promptly took care of the issue by delivering the 3 missing roses next day at no charge, and refunded the original cost of those 3 roses!
