Fresh products (flowers, fruit, plants, balloons, trees and fresh food gift baskets), perishable, personalized and fragile products cannot be returned. If quality doesn’t meet your expectations, products are covered by The Birmingham Flowers Guarantee.

Non-perishable items should be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging, after contacting our customer service department. Non-perishable returned items must be sent to the Birmingham Flowers return address, from the location that package was originally mailed. You will receive full merchandise credit for future purchases. Shipping is not refundable.


Floral Bouquets - We make every effort to ensure that flowers we feature on our pages are in season and available. In some areas with a shorter growing season, this is not possible. In rural areas of the United States, and in other countries, particular flowers (such as exotic or tropical varieties) may not be available at any time. Birmingham Flowers reserves the right to substitute flowers of like color, appearance, and value.

Because of the popularity of some floral arrangements, Birmingham Flowers must also reserve the right to substitute pictured vases and other decorative containers with others of like shape, color, value, and style. In the case of our not having a colored vase available, we will most often substitute with a clear glass vase, adding a bow to represent the color of the pictured vase.

Gourmet Gifts - We make every effort to guarantee total satisfaction.  On the rare occasion that a gourmet food item or specialty container is out of stock, be assured that your gift recipient will receive a similar item of equal or greater value.
